A.B. was charged with felony forgery and identity theft related offenses. Upon investigation, Mr. Montoya concluded that the charges were unwarranted and began obtaining documents that supported his client’s case. After extensive work, he was able to convince the Commonwealth that the charges were unwarranted. Shortly thereafter they agreed to withdraw prosecutionon on all charges. A.B. was able to maintain his employment, good name and his charges are eligible for expungement.
